About Neil Moxley

Warwickshire-based sports journalist Neil Moxley has covered the fortunes of Aston Villa since 1995,  and is the third generation from his family so to do, following in the footsteps of grandfather, ‘HD’ and father, John.

Having formerly held a position as Villa reporter on Birmingham regional papers, the Sunday Mercury and Birmingham Evening Mail, he has since spent over two decades detailing Villa’s ups and downs for the country’s national titles, including the Daily Star, Daily Mail and, most recently, the Daily Mirror and Sunday People.
